-Teens now think that it is wimpy to call for helplines.
-Teens feel that close friends are easier to communicate with and they have 100% trust in them and they can rely on them.

B) According to Ms Lily Chu, how does Touch Leadership and Mentoring prefer to help troubled teens?
-They prefer to help the youths through more direct, effective means, such as educational workshops in schools, face-to-face counselling and home visits.

Have you confided in your friends or family members about the problems you face in school/ life? Why or why not?
-Yes. I feel that friends are more trust able and easier to communicate with. They are at the same age as me and understand more about how i feel. My parents' advices will not be effective as it may be old fashion and won't work for me. My siblings may be about the same age as me, they will not give me the correct way to face my problems i face in school/life.
-Although i don't have 100% trust in my friends, i believe that they will not betray me. I hope that they will also keep all my problems that i tell them all to themselves.
