Question 1:
A) state any two reasons mentioned in the article which contributes to the sharp rise in girls under 16 having sex.
-The first reason is because sex is the new cigarette; the stuff of youthful experimentation.teenagers nowadays are less conservative than their predecessors.
-The second reason is teenagers now wants to have attention and by getting it. They have to do something that looks cool and get their popular vote. As doing that, to get with it, they blurs the line between right and wrong.

B)What are some consequences which a girl might face for engaging in casual sex?
-They will lose their own pride, and some will look down on them. People might think that they are cheap thus, they will be popular of the wrong thing.
-Losing their pride now will make them difficult to get a life long partner as they get older.With lesser mans love them, they will have to be dependent on themselves.
-The girl will get Sexual Transmitted Disease if the willing party did not do any safety measure.
-If a girl gets pregnant as the sexual partner did not use condoms, she will need to look for a doctor to get a abortion. If the girl do not want to take the pain, a unwanted baby will be born.
-The girl will lose her future if she is caught having premarital sex & she will be dropped out from school if she is still in school.

What are some of your reactions after reading this article? If one day, a close friend of yours confess to you that he/she has been engaging in sex, what would your advice to him/her be?
-i am shocked to hear that teenagers especially girls having premarital sex is growing in numbers year by year. I am also surprised that teenagers will do sex to get their attention from others.
-I will tell her that doing that will lose her virginity so it is best to stop doing it with unknown people. Trying to ask her do something else and stop thinking about what had happened will also help her.If she is doing sex for money because she is in need of it, i will ask her to ask from me in future rather than going to be a prostitutes.
-If my friend is a boy, I will tell him that doing sex with girl aged between 14-16 is termed "carnal connection" and will be charged under the Woman's Charter. I will also tell him that sex is not a good thing to do if under 18 as he must take full responsibility if his partner is pregnant. I will ask him out to prevent him from going to do sex with girls. i will also warn him that he must wear protective condoms if he is above 18 to prevent the girl to have any unwanted problems.
